Everyone can improve their fitness level but many of us chose not to. The main reason is it is hard to do, or so we think. We see so many advertisements with people suffering to get in shape and decide it is not worth it. I think it is worth it and it really takes very little discomfort. It will take some changes on your part but I will never insist you give up dessert. That’s just crazy, right?
